The customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract without having to provide any reason and without any penalty, within 14 days from when the product was delivered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send, via the contact form - present in the Contact Us section - an explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw, reporting his order number.

Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer will receive a confirmation email from the seller, containing instructions for returning the product, to be sent within and no later than the following 14 days to:

The direct risks and costs of returning the goods will remain the responsibility of the customer.

In case of withdrawal, the customer will be refunded the payments he has made, including standard delivery costs.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer requests a refund on a different means of payment, in which case any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment will be borne by the consumer.

The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

The products must be intact to obtain approval for return and must be shipped carefully using, if necessary, correct and adequate packaging to prevent damage or destruction.

The Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons and have been opened after delivery.
