The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into without having to provide any reason and without any penalty, within 14 days from the date the product was delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send, via the contact form – available in the Contact Us section – an explicit statement of their decision to withdraw, stating their order number.
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer will receive a confirmation email from the seller, containing instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product, which must be sent no later than the following 14 days to:

The risks and direct costs of returning the goods shall remain borne by the customer.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer will be refunded the payments they have made, including standard delivery costs.
Said refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer requests the refund via a different payment method; in such a case, any additional costs arising from the different payment method will be borne by the consumer.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
The products must be intact to obtain approval for the return and must be shipped carefully using, if necessary, correct and adequate packaging to prevent them from being damaged or destroyed.
The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for being returned for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
