DELIVERY

Shipments are made throughout the national territory with the exception of Livigno, Trepalle and Campione d'Italia; the services are also not available for San Marino and the Vatican City. For orders placed in August, shipping times may vary due to the summer closure. All purchases are subject to bank approval prior to order processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed you will be notified by email.
The ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. The products are sent in closed boxes with an anti-theft label which represents the guarantee seal.
When the order is delivered to the courier, an e-mail will be sent containing a link to verify the path of your package from the courier's taking charge until the actual delivery.
On the day of delivery by courier, a second e-mail will be sent to notify the customer that delivery will take place on the same day.
Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the customer at the specified address.
Upon delivery of the products by the courier, if the Customer finds:
a) alterations to the anti-theft label and/or damage to the packaging
b) mismatch between the number of pieces delivered and what is indicated in the transport document
must immediately contest them, by contacting BELLAOGGI through the Customer Service and specifying the order for which such errors have occurred.

DELIVERY FAILURE

In case of failed delivery on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice informing the Customer that a second delivery attempt will be made on the following working day. In case of absence of the Customer even on the second attempt, a notice is left in the mailbox with the references of the Post Office where the Customer can collect his package in the following 10 working days, including Saturdays. After this time, if the Customer does not collect his package, the products covered by the order will be returned to BELLAOGGI.
