2. TYPE OF TRANSACTION
Prize operation with delivery of the prize at the same time as the purchase of the promoted products.
3. COURSE PERIOD
This prize event will take place from 04.07.2019 until 31.08.2019.
4. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
At the appropriate Italian online e-commerce websites that will participate in the event. (www.bellaoggi.com).
5. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT(S).
The operation is aimed at all recipients who will purchase Euro 29.90 (twenty-nine/90) of products (hereinafter "Promoted Product/s").
6. RECIPIENTS
Buyers (adults and residents/domiciled in the Italian national territory) of the product/s being promoted through the appropriate Italian online e-commerce websites.
7. MECHANISM OF THE PRIZE OPERATION
All consumers who, during the period in which this initiative is being held, purchase Euro 29.90 (thirty/00) of promoted MAKE-UP Products at participating online e-commerce sites, will receive the prize up for grabs.
8. PRIZES TO BE GIVEN
The prize up for grabs consists of a BEAUTY BAG with a total value of Euro 19.90 (nineteen euro/90) (VAT included). It is not possible to request the exchange/replacement of the prize or the corresponding cash value.
9. ESTIMATED PRIZE POOL
The assignment of n. 120 prizes equal to a total jackpot of Euro 2,388.00 (two thousand three hundred and eighty eight/00) (VAT included).
10. NON-DEDUCTIBLE OF VAT
Pursuant to art. 19 of law 449 of 27/12/1997, the non-deductibility of VAT will be applied to the purchase of prizes consisting of taxable goods for tax purposes, or to the payment of the substitute tax in the event that the prizes are invoiced without application of the VAT.
11. DEPOSIT
Deposit not foreseen since the prize is paid upon purchase of the products indicated in the art. 5 of this regulation (pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 1, letter b) of Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26 October 2001).
12. MARKET VALUE OF PREMIUMS
The market values ​​of the prizes shown are to be understood at the current date and at the value of the sale price list to the public.
13. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PRIZE EVENT
Participation in this prize event will materialize with the purchase of Euro 29.90 (twenty-nine/90) of products. The purchase implies for the consumer the unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in this regulation without limitation.
14. REVOCATION OF THE PROMISE OR MODIFICATION OF THE EXECUTION METHODS
The Promoting Company may revoke or modify the methods of execution of this prize event for just cause, pursuant to and within the terms of art. 1990 of the civil code, giving advance notice to the promissors in the same form as the promise or in an equivalent form.
15. PUBLICITY OF THE TRANSACTION
This prize operation will be advertised through promotional material on the website www.bellaoggi.com. The advertising messages that will communicate the event to its recipients will be consistent with this regulation. These regulations will be available on the website www.bellaoggi.com.
16. AVAILABILITY REGULATION
The transaction is governed by this regulation, the original of which is self-certified pursuant to art. 10 No. 3 of Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26/10/2001, remains deposited and kept for the entire duration of the event and for the 12 months following its conclusion at the administrative headquarters of the promoting company, at its headquarters in Nola ( NA), Interport of Nola Lot D, Lot D, Block 3, Mod. 311-312.
17. MISCELLANEOUS
The Promoting Company reserves the right to make changes or additions to these Regulations, which however cannot affect the rights acquired by the participants and which will be communicated to them in the manner used for the dissemination of the original conditions of participation.
Under no circumstances may the prize be converted into cash and/or other prizes. The images and colors of the prizes on all promotional material are purely indicative. The Promoting Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the improper use of the prizes by the recipients. The Promoting Company reserves the right to replace the prizes, if they are no longer available on the market, with similar ones, of equal or greater value, and will provide prior information. Any dispute relating to this prize event, which has not been addressed by the Ministry of Economic Development, will be referred to the competent court.
