In the application of the bellaoggi pro professional lacquering system, BASE & TOP should be used as the 3rd step with BASE function, after the dehydration of the nail with NAIL PREP and the preparation of the nail with PRIMER ULTRABOND and as the 5th step as finish and color sealer, after the application of GEL PRO color.
